Maintenance Mangers are seldom at their desk in the production world of today.    For just that reason we created Work Request Notifier, an add-on to Express Request that notifies the Maintenance Manager via a message to designated cell phones that a new Work Request has arrived. The message tells the User: Requestor, Date Requested, Unit Number, Unit Name and Priority. It can also be configured for breakdown Requests to create a WO, set the Equipment to ‘Down’ status in the WO which starts the Downtime Clock, and send an email to a predetermined list to notify them that the Equipment is down.
